rash or eczema?

Hi mummies, do u guys encounter this on your baby? It seems pretty bad. So red, it spread more, and feels rough. Some on her arms and chest too. Bought the Inara Organic Soothie Woothie balm, applied but like no improvements 😭😭 please help or lemme know any suggestions/opinion/recommendation on product that u think works best for my baby

This looks like eczema. You may want to see a PD for some medicated cream instead. Keep her bath time short and use lukewarm water. You can try using Jo Lauren colloidal oatmeal bath and moisturise her skin immediately after bath. Then, moisturise every 1-2 hour. I am currently using Sebamed protective facial cream, Aveeno Eczema range and Suubalm products for babies.
