Newborn pillow is it necessarily?

Hi mummies, will u give your newborn to sleep on Nb pillow from the first day home? Read on articles say baby should not sleep with any pillows n bolster around as well as blanket. Is it safe?

I’d suggest avoiding them due to suffocation risks. Avoid bumpers/blankets/toys/co-sleeping too
