Feeling hot and sometimes chilly

Hi mummies, any of you feel hot and chilly but isn't sick (no fever, no cough, no flu) during confinement period? E.g. feeling hot while breastfeeding and drinking hot beverages but chilly while sleeping or on and off throughout the day and night? What do you do about it?
