Teh C during 2nd and 3rd trim

Any mummies drink teh c during 2nd and 3rd trim? Are there any concerns with black tea being too cooling?

yes, I drink teh C almost every morning.. that is the only way I can function with the daily work..

yes, limit to 1 cup a day
