Confinement

To mummies doing confinement now, do y’all really not touch water at all? How to not touch water after using toilet or washing face or brushing teeth? And do y’all really not drink water at all?

Can touch water but have to dry immediately. Warm water can but try to consume more red date tea

Nah. I live my life as per normal during confinement. And please do drink and hydrate yourself!

I was thinking abt this too.. especially for those females who wash face with cold water. 🤔

Is it better to sleep in air cond room or use fan only ?

just don’t get the wind blowing towards you directly will do. if you’ve been sleeping in aircon room..and switch to fan, it’s going to be uncomfortable for you. furthermore, if you’re taking confinement meals..you’ll definitely want to feel keep your body cool cus you’d probably be sweating more and/or feeling warm. hospital ward is also air-conditioned.😉
