Hi mummies, does white noise machine helps baby to nap better in the day? My baby wakes up very easily in the day due to noise e.g knocks on door, close/open door, dog barking etc. Thanks!
I actually just use my mouth and shuh shuh shuh tat kind of sound. My mum did this since baby is born..so LO actually get use to manual sound made by us. My husb tried the app , doesn't work.

It helps very much for a period of time. Then my lo get bored with it and I changed other relaxing songs
