High Fever

Hi mummies, my daughter having high fever and it fluctuates for a span of 2 days. And sway enough when I want to bring her to the clinic they are closed especially those nearby. She is having 38-39 degrees fever. Is there any remedies or suggestion to bring her fever down? What should I do? Please help me!

I feed paxmol (paracetamol) then spam the fever patch on baby’s forehead, back of neck, chest and back. I change the pads every few hourly. Alternatively can use tele consult like doctor anywhere or dcmed.

If she’s still active, we do normal quick shower else I’ll do a wipe down instead while she rest. Don’t soak, just quick shower (including head).
