vaginal birth delivery

hi! any mummies here are comfortable to share your vagina birth experience whether with or without epidural? im due in a month's time, i just want to know more about vagina birth experience😅

During the cervical check it was so uncomfortable that the dr recommended i take epidural so i won’t be too exhausted by the pain. it’s the best decision for me because i could concentrate on pushing in time for the baby (can’t push for too long otherwise baby can be in danger)
