Transverse position- 38wks

Hi mummies. Cn u all advice me to see if this make sense I’m 38 wks + 2, baby has always been head down . However just nw, as I got up aft laying down on my left , I felt his back is lying all the way across the my stomach and I'm really concerned if he has turned transverse. Anyone else had this or known this happen?
