C section recovery
Any mummies care to share their c-section post partum recovery? I just had a c-section 1 week ago.
Belly Binder helps with tucking in and controlling pains when moving/coughing/etc Move around as much as possible but don't force yourself when there is pain. Compression stockings are good for blood circulation. Roll to the side before getting up from the bed. Gripping something for support is helpful too. When you feel better and confident, try to get post natal massage. I drank fish essence for faster healing.Read more
yup! that's good enough. I did that too. hehehe
i had my 2nd csect now. What worked for me is i pushed through, i walked slowly even for a short while to get blood moving. Hydrate and rest is important. When lying down, turn sideways too.
yes baby steps does it! importantly, go at your own pace. im abt 2 months now and im starting strength training because my core is very weak
