Any mummies care to share their c-section post partum recovery? I just had a c-section 1 week ago.

Belly Binder helps with tucking in and controlling pains when moving/coughing/etc Move around as much as possible but don't force yourself when there is pain. Compression stockings are good for blood circulation. Roll to the side before getting up from the bed. Gripping something for support is helpful too. When you feel better and confident, try to get post natal massage. I drank fish essence for faster healing.
