I don’t think you’ll be able to see much on your 3rd month especially if it’s your first pregnancy. Your body size will also be a factor in the baby bump. I’m in my 4th month I don’t have any bump yet. They say first pregnancy baby bump will only after after 20 weeks. Again, depends on the body type.
