I went on a girls' trip with some friends a few months ago (one night in Batam) and those who brought their babies actually lined the hotel sink with plastic sheets and literally bathed their baby in there. It was quite a sight but for a one night's stay, it's okay. One of them just used baby wipes to "wash" her toddler down since it was a short stay. But I've seen portable baby tubs you can use. It looks like one of those floats you use at the pool. Just blow it up and you can fill water as per normal to give baby a bath. It's ribber and foldable so you can easily carry it in your luggage. Here's a link I found in Qoo10: http://list.qoo10.sg/item/BABY-TUB-MANBO-NEWONE-FISHER-PRICE-RILAKKUMA-BABY-NEWBORN-INFLATABLE/409635960
This looks so adorable: http://briebrieblooms.com/traveling-with-baby-bath-time/ It can be purchased from Mothercare: http://www.mothercare.com.sg/toys-gifts/munchkin-inflatable-duck-tub.html Also saw it on pupsikstudio (at a cheaper price than sold in Mothercare): http://www.pupsikstudio.com/munchkin-inflatable-safety-duck-tub.html Worth considering. :)

I have a inflatable bathtub. If you are staying in 4/5star hotels, you may email/call them to ask if they do provide bathtubs. I have even heard of hotels providing steriliser as well.
You can clean the sink first and bath the baby there or go to the shower with the baby. That's how I do it. You also may want to bring a wash clothe and wash the baby with it on bed.
