clicking sound when feeding

Hi mummies! My boy started having this clicking sound when he is bottle fed no matter how I hold the bottles.it causes him to break the suction and ingest lots of gas. any idea how to solve this?

My boy also do this but he is brestfed. I also don't know what to do with it.😅
