hi mummies... my 3 months old baby was having a temperature at 37.9 last night. after sponging him 30 mins later temperature was at 36.6... it maintained till now. but his body does feels a little warm. he seems to be fine apart from body is warm. not cranky at all. isit normal?

It is normal. Babies are usually warmer then us. Continue to sponge him to maintain the temperature. As long as he is active and still drinking. I would let it slide. Sounds like everything is under control.
