Instances in which pacifier is helpful for newborns

Hi Mummies, My baby boy is 8 weeks old and I am yet to introduce pacifier. May I please check what are the instances where use of pacifier is done ? Can mummies please share their examples ? For example, is pacifier useful when baby has just been fed but he is still a bit fussy? Examples would really help me. Thanks mummies 🙏 #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #FTM
