Feeding egg, tofu and beans

Hi mummies. My baby is 8m plus old. When can i try out egg, tofu and beans on her? As many people have allergy on these ingredients i have never tried since day 1. Which age will be more suitable?

my baby start weaning at 5 month old. at 7 month I gave tofu. at 8 months I gave egg yolk 9 months gave whole egg.
