Hi mummies, can babies below 1 year old eat food that contains cow’s milk or plant-based milk (eg almond/oat milk)? I have been searching for recipes to bake for my baby but almost all recipes require milk. Do you mummies add milk to bake for your baby? Please advise. Thanks!
