Red dots on baby's face

Hi Mummies, anyone can tell me what are these red dots on my baby's face? I have put this facial cream (see 2nd pic) but doesnt seem to work. Wonder if due to formula? I'm currently both bf & fm.

It's look like milk heat... Dun put any cream... Weather not good Juz put baby Johnson corn starch... It's really work

I think its baby acne..jusy use mosturiser . My lo had it too .ask pd , she said its baby acne and its normal.

might be heat rash? my daughter has it when it gets too hot for her.

Looks like heatrush. Wear loose clothes and keep cool.
