blood discharge in 38weeks pregnancy

Hi mummies, anyone have experienced fresh blood discharge like first day menses. This morning I found I bleeding and when to gynae advise to monitor at home. But cervix still tight not open yet. When I home I found out continue fresh blood discharge. Any mummies have such experienced pls share with me. Is my first baby that make me kinda worried. Thanks. 🤗
