carbonated drinks

Hi mummies, are we allowed to drink 7up or sprite during our pregnancy ? I felt better after drink a mouthful of it as I was feeling nauseous.

I find it effective too. In moderation should be fine. I drank a few sips with my medication to avoid throwing up
