grinding of teeth
Hello mummies. My 6yo child recently started grinding teeth during her night sleep. Previously, no history of gribding teeth. Anyone has experienced the same? Able to share what remedies / solutions? Thank you.

i have a friend who grinds her teeth because she’s nervous or maybe had been having stress... but it could differ from person. is there any distressing things lately that happened?
You can check with the dentist. Sometime it could be due to the temporomandibular joint development or alignment of teeth that increases the likelihood of grinding
My 25 year old sister is still grinding her teeth at night shen she’s asleep. Not sure why, but she used to wear braces previously.
