baby being weird

Hi mummies my 2mths LO has been acting weird nowadays, normally when i put him to sleep he can sleep untill feeding time, nowadays he will sleep only 10-15 mins and suddenly cry again.. He recently just recover from hfmd and just came back from hospital and these few days he also having diarrhea i am not sure are all these related to his sleeping problem or not..
