my vein is also rather hard to find and my mon always say to me, more exercise vein will show hahaha. so maybe do more hand exercise? like counting money 🤣maybe do more mopping here and there, or just take a small weight and lift up and down

Sometimes I faced the problem too. What I do is I will tell the nurse that I am really afraid of needles and is it possible for them to use the needle for baby. Even though the needle is smaller but it works as well.

I always inform the clinic or the hospital Of my condition and request for a senior nurse or an expert to draw the blood. I don’t allow just anyone to do it.

Twice for me. On the right, doctor unable to draw blood thus she went to the left🤪
