Hello moms, Question regarding sa birth certificate ni baby, Hospital po ba ang magreregister non sa munisipyo? Nung lumabas kasi kami ang iniabot lang samin ay certified true copy ng green form (cert. of live birth) Di namin natanong since no idea din kami that time. Salamat! #PSA #birthcertificate
