Hairfall after giving birth

Hi momshies. need advice po kasi sobrang naglalagas buhok ko.. I'm using anti hairfall shampoo and conditioner but it seems that its not helping at all. Thanks in advance :)

vatamin e po resita sa akin ng ob gyne ko for hair fall.. pero pa check up din po kayo muna.. kung ganun din advice sa inyo
