Hi Mommy.. During your bf session if di niya natanggal at nakatulog siya pero ginalaw mo is di na naglatch it means busog na sya. Baka umiiyak sya dahil need nag change diaper or swaddle para makatulog nag-aadjust pa din kasi yung baby sa outside world. May mga newborn talaga na iiyak palagi kasi unfamiliar pa po ang outside world sa kanya kaya try to swaddle your baby it makes them feel na nasa womb pa sila until such time they realized na nakalabas na pala sila. May nabasa din kasi ako minsan nami-miss nila ang loob ng tummy natin kasi di na same as nasa labas yung warmth na nafe-feel nila. You are doing great po, keep latching kaysa magpump po para mafeel ni baby na nasa safe place po siya under your arms. If worried sa tahi po, naka upo lang kayo while latching.

+dadami po BM niyo once po tataas demand ni baby, nasa kay baby kasi talaga ang basis kong ilang oz needed niya per feed, so your baby stimulates the brain, and the brain will do its work to the breast.

Hi, mommy if you want to boost your supply do power pumping and magic 8, feed your baby whenever he's hungry and parallel pump at the same time. Check your flange size too baka din kasi mali lang flange size mo kaya konti napapump mo. Falling asleep at the breast is a normal behavior, it's an indication na busog na si baby. It will get better soon. ♥️

You can tell if enough ang nakukuha niyang milk kung may output siya (poop and/or wee). Also, 2 oz is a normal amount of pumped breastmilk for 2 months pp. Wag ma-pressure magpa dami ng breastmilk, mahirap din maging oversupplier ng BM. If you want or need further support with breastfeeding, I recommend you check the FB page "Arugaan". They offer lactation counseling and lactation massage.

Hi mommy! All your concerns are normal. Here are my inputs po mii. - Pumped milk volume would matter if before and after latch ka po nagpump. If before latching, 2oz is normal sa postpartum age nyo and if after latching naman po, marami na ang 2oz. - Its normal to some babies to fall asleep while breastfeeding. Meaning, they are full and comfortable. Medyo di pa din kalakihan yung tummy size nila so frequent yung paghingi nila ng milk. Breastmilk is easy to digest din po mommy compared to formula kaya mas frequent sila hihingi ng milk. I hope it helps. You're doing great, mommy. 😉
