SSS Maternity Benefit - Employed

Hi Momshies! Ask ko lang sa mga nakakaalam: Here's the situation, employed ako and dahil bago pa ang company, ako ang unang mag-aavail ng sss maternity benefit. Ako din yung nagpapalakad ng representative sa SSS kahit hindi ako sa HR kasi wala naman kaming HR, pinapirma ko lang yung Employer sa MAT1. Ngayon po, ang mga question ko is for the MAT2. May mga nababasa ako dito na inaadvance ang benefit kapag employed. Is it mandatory or depende sa employer? Can you share the sequence po? Like file muna ng leave kay employer, then ibibigay na sakin yung advance benefit, then pag nakapanganak ipapasa ang MAT2 sa employer for signature then file sa SSS, and lastly yung cheque na irrelease ng SSS is payable to employer na. Ganun ba yun? Please correct me if I'm wrong para magkaidea lang sana ako. Ang hirap kasi tawagan ng SSS. Salamat po sa mga sasagot.

Hi, HR Staff here benefits. Mat1 - Maternity Notification Submit to your Employer and sila ang mag fafile sa SSS online neto. And Mandatory po na kapag Employed ka is inaadvance po ang Benefits niyo dapat Before kayo manganak niyo marereceived ung Benefits . Depende nalng kung buo nila binibigay or 80% ng Benefits mo then ung 20% Pag napasa muna ung After Delivery (Mat2) na requirements. Mat1 Requirements: - Maternity Notification - 2 Valid ID'S - Ultrasound Report Mat2 - After Delivery Maternity Reimbursement Ipapasa mo yan within 30days after your delivery sa employer mo with all attaching documents para mapasa nila sa SSS ung Docs mo and para ma avail mo ung complete Amount of your benefits kung hindi binigay ng kumpleto nung Mat1 palang. Yung Reimbursement ng SSS sa Employer is Thru Banking po un kasi ung po ung Updated transaction ng SSS and mga Employer . Thank you po
