Hi momshies! Ask ko lang po. Mga ilang weeks po ba dapat mag lakad lakad o exercise para di mahirapan manganak? 33 weeks po ako. Salamat po

You can do light exercise as early as 32 weeks pero yung pagpapatagtag better kung 36 weeks onwards na mommy.
