HELP! PLEASE 9 weeks Pregnant sa 1st baby.

Hi Momshies, 9 weeks pregnant sa 1st baby, nasa late 30' na po ako. Pa help nman po hindi po ako makapunta ng ob clinic kc lockdown d2 sa lugar nmin, delikado pong pumunta din sa hospitals. Patulong naman po kung anong brand ng Folic Acid at Vitamins and niresita ng mga OB nyo. Please. Thank you all and God bless us all po.

Folicare for folic then Calvit Gold for calcium ang reseta sa akin no'ng OB ko. :) Then pina-inom na rin ako ng maternal milk, Promama, para makatulong na development ni baby hanggat nasa 1st trimester. :)
