Depende sa pkiramdam mo. Kung sa pkiramdam mo mababa na tiyan mo. Bedrest ka muna 32 weeks pa lng nmn. Pero f malakas at matibay ang kapit ni baby d ka maselan mgbuntis. Pwede k nmn mg zumba. Pero ang squat pampalabor ka si yun. Pwede ka mgsquat kng 36 weeks kana o 37 more kana.
