Wear a binder until kaya mong gumalaw or yumuko with less or no pain. Linisin mo ung sugat mo. Pag nagkaroon ng discharge or whatever dun, sabihin mo agad sa OB. Wag ka din muna magbuhat so alalay kapag nagpa-breastfeed ka. Basta give your body a chance to recover. Move within your limits lang pero don’t exert too much effort and that includes pag-poop 🙂
