Hello Momsh. When is the right time po to take malunggay capsules for breastfeeding? Im 7mons preggy pa lang po. I would like to prepare lang po sana. Kindly share naman po your breastfeeding journeys. It would be of great help po. TIA ☺?

same tayo sis. may nabasa ako nagstart sya by 32 weeks then 3 times a day na malunggay capsule, infairness ang dami nyang supply ng breastmilk.

wala pa eh. puro prenatal vitamins pa lang. 28 weeks palang kasi ako.
