Difficulty with 💩🚽

Hello momsh FTM, 2-3 days na yata ako no poop hindi nasakit tyan ko. Nag aalala ako dami ko kumaen. Pwede ba satin ung mga oral na dulcolax or ung iniinstert na glycerin suppository. Please advise.. thank you..

Prune juice pwede po. Bawal yung dulcolax and other suppositories.
