lagnat sa buntis

Moms, please enlighten me.. Nilagnat po ako kanina 10am 38.2°c. Then nag 38°c po xa after ko magtake ng tempra. Ngayon po 6pm 37.4°c po temp ko.. Moms, may dapat ba akong ika worry please help.. Naiiyak na ako ??thank you
