Drag and reduce your pumping sessions! For example, if you’re pumping every 4 hours, 6 times a day, you can slowly drag and reduce to every 5-6 hours, 4-5 times a day then every 7-8 hours, 3-4 times a day and till 1 time a day and stop when your body gets the message to stop producing milk. It will take quite some time so do give time to yourself and your body!

Dragging pumps helps as one mummy commented, but it'll take some time, around 2-3 weeks for me until I could stop pumping completely. If you need to quit urgently, you can ask gynae for medication to stop milk production.
