Hi moms! I'm an avid coffee drinker, kaya it breaks my heart a little na kailangan natin maghinay sa coffee while pregnant. Nung first few weeks, kaya ko naman umiwas talaga, paminsan isa o dalawang sip lang once a week ... pero as time went on, tumindi talaga yung cravings to the point na sumasakit na yung ulo ko possibly because of the sudden withdrawal from caffeine.
Sa mga moms like me, ano pong ginagawa/ginawa nyo to suppress the coffee cravings?
PS. I even tried the Anmum mocha latte flavor– not even close to the taste of coffee.
