Worrying about preeclampsia

Hi moms, i'm 35weeks tonight midnight; just checked my bp and it's higher for the first time during my pregnancy. It's been normal for the whole 8months+. I'm scared it could be preeclampsia. Anyone got preeclampsia at 35wks? How did it go-did you have to be induced immediately? Would it go away after birth? I'm extremely worried especially i'm a high risk (i'm a kidney transplant patient). 😢😢😢😢😢

You should seek opinion from gynae. I had pre e ard same time as u, had to be induced at 36wks.. baby considered pre term.. didnt have to go nicu and we were both ok thank god. Bt pre e they can detect not only in bp but also during the urine test.. so dont sit and think too much, if u are worried go to the hosp straight away
