SSS and philhealth

Hi moms, im 35weeks pregnant po and planning to get married this month(civil) bago ako manganak, pano po kaya yung sa sss ko ksi nagfile na ko ng mat 1 november, then sa mat 2 pagfile ko kelngan ko na ba agad pachange status yung sss ko, or pwede khit hindi muna, Thank you
