6wks and having dry cough.

Hi moms, Currently first pregnancy and having dry cough, am not sure if I can take cough candies such as fisherman friend or strepsils? Every time I cough, my womb hurts a little. 🥹

Mum to two precious ones

9 wks with of 2nd pregnancy. I have the same issue. I just tried to control as much as possible. Drink lotsa water. Sleep on higher pillows. No cough drops. If you really need it. Check with the doctor to be safe.

no cannot, best to seek GP advice. pls don’t anyhow take lozenges. it’s not the womb that hurts, but rather the muscles surrounding it cos cough too hard. don’t think too much.
