Cough at 30th week of pregnancy

Normal coughing won't affect the baby. Extreme coughing perhaps will cause slight inconvenience to you cos when u cough excessively, it will feel like pushing the baby down like that, making you wanna pee so often. Nevertheless, when I do feel unwell (esp with the current situation), I will do a test to check for c+. See Dr. if I need to (for meds). Natural relief for me usually includes warm water, strepsils, and woods or hacks sweets. I also try to talk less (which is near impossible bcos I got 2 toddlers fussing over each other, too! 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️).

for me, i don't usually cough even before my pregnancy. so I'll be on the cautious side if i cough nonstop during my pregnancy. i will test for covid, see a doctor to be safe.
