Baby sleeping routine changed

Hi moms, my baby is 12 months 15 days. He's been sleeping in his own cot since he was 1 month but for the past 3 days, he would wake up at night and cry to sleep in our bed. And he sleeps so deep and long in our bed, didn't even wake up when his pacifier drop. Is this regression? Will he go back to his own routine? Or is it time to get for him a new bed? Please advise. Im a new mother
