Moms and dads, almost 1 week ng suspended ang classes ng mga chikiting natin. Tingin nyo ba ay babawasan ng mga schools ang sembreak nila para makahabol ang mga students sa mga lessons?

Well they have the power to do so which I think they will if they deem it necessary. And for me, that should be fine. Sa totoo lang I haven't still figured out bakit inimplement ang sem break sa grade school and high school. Dati naman wala yon and wala naman reklamo ang mga tao. We should be thankful if the school initiates make up classes. It'll be for the benefit of our children after all.

Normally, for class suspension due to bad weather na medyo mahaba na, some schools extend the school year for a couple of days or weeks to make up for the days that there were no classes. It would be best to check with their admin since it varies per school on how they would do the make up class. Some schools naman require Saturday classes for a couple of weeks.

Sa school namin before binabawasan ang sembreak kapag ganito kahaba na walang pasok sa school, dahil after all, may sinusunod na curriculum and sakin okay lang din naman kasi kesa nasasayang ang yung binayaran na tuition fee. Yun nga lang..... di agree dito for sure ang students hehe

My ate who's a private school teacher says that it's a normal practice already in their school to reduce the number of days students have for the sem break to cope with the timeline that should've been followed but not bec of class suspensions.

Hindi malayong mangyari yan. May mga nagrequire na rin na schools na may pasok na ng Saturdays just to make up for the days na walang pasok.

Makeup classes have already started. In Batangas, the schools had classes yesterday (Saturday).
