hello all moms! 34weeks pregnant normal lang ba sa stage na 7months laging nagka-cramps?halos madaling araw kasi ako nagka-cramps,anong dahilan?thanks sa mga sasagot.GodBless us All.❤️

yes po normal lang yan. usually nagsisimula ang cramps at 7 months. massage nyo lang before bedtime and taas/sandal paa sa pader para circulate yung blood.
