mommys what is Lo’s normal body temp. my 1 yrl old is 37.2 since last night. should I be worried? should I have her take paracetamol?

fever is usually temp higher than 37.5 does your LO manifest other symptoms? continue monitoring temp. try to freshen her up by giving a bath and let her wear light clothes.
