Dragon sid po. Nabibili sa mga groceries. Konti plang nakakaalam nito pro sbrang taas ng fiber content ng squash seeds. Also may folate din sya which is good for u and baby. I swear it will change your life. Need mo lng maka 1 cup a day.

Pero now regular na ako dumudumi kaya hindi ko na naubos.. Nagyayakult ako at delight para madumi din. Effective din yung delight na malaki bote.. May fiber yun eh.

Yogurt,yakult, hinog na papaya,gulay at minsan niresitahan ako ng OB pag medyo constipated na talaga. Hindi kasi kaya umiri.

Oatmeal po pero minsan walng effect kaya daw tumitigas tae natin dahil sa iron na iniinom ntn ako nun madalas constipated

Try prunes/ raisins and esp increase water intake momsh! Effective siya 😊

Plenty of water, leafy vegetables like malunggay at hinog na papaya po.

More water, oatmeal or granola then hinahaluan ko ng cranberry

ako sis nagkakape pero kunti lang,yan din problem ko talaga...

ANMUM po.effective saken.di nakaka experience ng constipation

maternal milk lang po, more water and fruits or veggies😊
