1st time mom

Mommy what did you do, when u suffering backache only 1 sided. I try not to use yoko yoko or salonplass. But days go by, its hurt. Currently 22 weeks pregnant . Thanks mommy

I am a 1st time mum too, i am currently at my week 30 my back ache so badly if i sit or stand too long but my husband will massage my backache
