Diet for Mommy

Mommy pa help naman po ako. Ano po maganda diet po, sabi po kasi ng OB ko po need ko daw po mag diet at malaki po kasi Baby baka hindi ko daw po kayanin ang normal delivery po. I try to eat oatmeal with non fat milk po. Matagal ko na rin po iniwasa ang pagkain po ng sweets po. Thank you! #pleasehelp #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy

Hi, okay po oatmeals, try to eat yung ibang nkakapagpabusog rin po. Saging, wheat bread, soy milk, boiled eggs, yogurt, yan po ilan sa food. God bless and stay safe po
