Pwede naman po lahat basta in moderation wag lang alak at illegal drugs heheheheh wala kapong morning sickness?

wala po mommy so far. hehe. sana wala talaga.

more on green leafy vegetables saka fruits like avocado and banana. inom din sabaw ng buko to prevent UTI.

Yung food na my halo brocoli like chopsuey or steam brocoli kasi maganda sa brain development ni baby

more on fruits and veggies. iwas sa oily and spicy food. eat healthy and rest well. keep hydrated.
