Upper Abdominal Pain Nd Vomit

Any of the Mommy to be have this before? Last night around 12.30 midnight sudden pain at the upper abdominal area and went toilet vomited. The pain on and off for 1 and half hour. The whole night couldn't sleep well. Wake up feel very tired.

Might be a reflux. But 1.5 hours is Long, do call up gynae to check and let them know. Is it near full term?
